Mooresville Regional Office staff further reviewed the Notice of Violation and Notice of
Recommendation for Enforcement,Tracking No. NOV-2016-MV-0004,dated January 8, 2016. Based
upon review of permit violations and your written response,dated January 19,2016,this Office will not
pursue additional enforcement actions against Radiator Specialty Company for permit monitoring
violation noted on the September 2015 Discharge Monitoring Report(DMR). Please be advised that
should noncompliance continue enforcement action, including the assessment of civil penalties,could
be taken by the Division of Water Resources in accordance with G.S. 143-215.6A(a)(2).
