A proposed planting plan is included as an appendix. For the cross-sections, the "bench area" is on —2% slope towards the stream and the slopes are —3:1. The locations are shown on the aerial figure on page 4. 732 730 728 726 724 722 720 718 716 Section Upstream of Dock - Possible Sediment Removal t Proposed --*-- Su rvey 714 ' ' 0 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 Possibly a small bench can be graded in this area where there is a stable and adequate wall at the top of the slope. There are concrete retaining walls at each end of the bridge that will remain in place. The owners would also like to remove some of the debris/rock/sediment upstream and downstream of the bridge to some extent. 8 V 3+ d n — 7 _ SA W 15-00198 U E W E L L Additional Information 5 qP ENS NEER NG =NsuLTANTS. This photo is taking facing upstream towards the Mill House building. Sawing off some of these posts at stream bed level may be done to improve the aesthetics. The potential grading is limited by the steepness of the upper bank, but to the extent there is an adequate retaining wall at the top of the bank, it may be possible to grade a small bench area as shown on the cross-section. This is the area under the former dock. Again, it is too steep for to allow for much excavation of sediments, but the area will be smoothed out and replanted.
