The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DELMR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for the subject project on June 07, 2018. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the
project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 rules. We are
forwarding Permit No. SW3180602, dated July 11, 2018, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the subject
project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the
conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required.
The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to Mayur Patel at:

Rick,
Thank you for the call today. Per our discussion I understand that our application was received on the 7th, that you got it
on the 11th, and that we are currently 5th in the queue. We are available at your convenience as soon as you dig into our
project, hopefully that on or before the second week of July.
For your information, I have attached the original correspondence we received from Robert which was the basis of our
decision to go through standard permitting instead of express permitting.
We will check in with you again soon and see if there is anything else we can do to assist you with our project review.
