We should have slightly revised site plans being sent out in a couple of weeks. Someone will keep you in the loop on this
when I am out (probably Chad Coggins).
Also, while we expect a more detailed conceptual stormwater approval letter at some point, please see attached County
documentation to date. Figured you would like to have whatever is available prior to the EMC meeting.

RE: Triangle Tyre — Project Diamond Preliminary Review
Dear. Mr. Revoir:
In reviewing the submitted plans for Triangle Tyre, we have found that the plans submitted are
within the adopted requirements of the Edgecombe County Unified Development Ordinance. There
is a portion of the development parcel which will require an approved rezoning request from R-20
Residential District to M-2 General Industrial District. This is a very simple process and staff will be
happy to assist with the approval of this request.
In addition to the rezoning request, new commercial development which disturbs one-half acre of
land requires a stormwater permit application. The application allows for the review of plans and
calculations to verify that it meets the requirements of the Edgecombe County Stormwater
Management Program for Nutrient Control. Please contact our department for the stormwater
permit application which will provide guidance for submission. Section B lists items to be submitted
along with the application which include:
All necessary review fees; $500 minimum, plus all associated fees to be paid by
applicant prior to permit issuance
Piedmont Tar -Pam calculation worksheets and pre and post development peak flow
calculations
One set of stormwater management plans (plans must be prepared and sealed by a
qualified professional)

application, as we work together to complete the wonderful economic development project for
