Typical Cross Section Description: 2- 10' asphalt paved lanes with 2' to 6' paved shoulders and 3' to 4' grass shoulders. 2-10' paved lanes with grass shoulders. Roadside ditches exist in all four quadrants,
Ditches in all four quadrants are to be modified to have 3:1 front slopes. but all four ditches dissipate before discharging into Little Buffalo Creek Tributary.

General Project Narrative: State project 17BP.4.R.88 involves the replacement of Wilson County Bridge #0037 on SR 1195 (Revell Road) over a Little Buffalo Creek Tributary. The existing bridge consists
(Description of Minimization of Water of 2@ 17'- 6", reinforced concrete (RC) deck on I-Beams, RC caps, timber piles. It is to be replaced with a 1@ 55' - 0", 21" cored slab bridge at the same location.
Quality Impacts)
The proposed bridge does not contain deck drains. All storm water from the bridge and approaches will be collected by concrete flumes and discharged at the toe of slope into
Class 'I' rip-rap in the southeast and southwest quadrants, at -L- 14+39 RT and -L- 14+39 LT respectively. There are roadside ditches in all four quadrants of the project. Aside
from ditch front slopes being modified to 3:1 front slopes, the existing ditches are not affected by the proposed construction.
