Please find below our responses to your comments from the above referenced project. Thank
you for your time and assistance in this matter. I trust that the information below and attached
proves satisfactory. Responses are enumerated in the additional information request and are as
follows:
General Review:
1. Please provide a set of revised, final plans and specifications on digital media (CD or other
format) for our records.

2, In your response to item 2 on the cover letter, it is noted that permit WQ0034018 was issued for
73 lots and one club house in phase 1. It appears that total flow allocated under W00034018 was
29,780 GPD (73 SFU@360 GPD+14 PFU@250 GPD). Fiowfor the proposed 16 Pots in Phase 2
does not appear to be explicitly included in phase 1, and needs to be allocated. Please note that
the schematics/plans provided depict 73 lots as being included in Phase 1.
I. Our records indicate that a final certification has been received for WQ0034018 (Phase
1), indicating that this project is complete. Please provide more information, as the
response indicates that this project is not yet complete (e.g. all 73 simplex pump stations
built and tied into the system). If the remaining 33 homes of Phase 1 shall never be built,
please provide a revised engineering certification indicating this information.
We were unclear in our last response and original cover letter on this matter.
Under this project, we are requesting additional flow for 16 lots @ 360GPD or
5,760GPD as shown on ASEA and FTSE form. The calculations and plan sheets
reflect the additional flow requested by this application.
II. Also, you stated that the existing force main along the Edgewater drive that connects to
the Edgewater pump station as 4 -inch, whereas the plan sheets note as 3 -inch force
main. Please verify.

The existing force main along Edgewater drive that connects to the Edgewater
pump station is 3 -inch. The proposed force main along Edgewater drive that will
connect to the Edgewater pump station is 4 -inch.
Ca€dilations:
1. In the provided pipe length summary table, it appears that force main diameter for zone 10
(N10 to Outfall) 'is 3 -inch, whereas the plan sheets depicted as 4 -inch force main which will run
parallel to existing 3 -inch force main. Please revise as necessary.

I. Please revise/update low pressure sewer schematlo accordingly, as it does not appear
to depict the proposed 4 -inch LPSS.

1. It appears that flow volume has not been calculated correctly for the following items:
I. Total actual and obligated flows to the fa6iity.
II. Percent of permitted flow used.

2. It appears that peaking factor for pump station C&A is less than 2.5, as the ratio of firm capacity
and design average daily flow is 1.67. Peaking factor shall not be less than 2.5. per the Minimum
Design criteria. Please correct this section of the FTSE.
