Comment: Stream restoration construction underwav althouah 401 approval letter reauired approval of permanent
vegetation maintenance plan prior to construction activities. City if currently working on vegetation
management plan and has submitted draft to DWR. Previously installed structures appear stable and well
installed. Temp matting and vegetation being installed immediately behind construction activities.
Dewatering activities being conducted appropriately but causing slqiht increase in downstream turbidity
during work
