Your cooperation during the site visit was much appreciated. The main area of concern noted in the inspection was that the records reviewed were incomplete for calendar year 2017 and the first half of calendar year 2018 by failing to record pH and flow. Since the previous inspection, the facility has been tied -in to the City collection system (on April 27, 2018) and no longer discharges to surface waters.
