The Division has reviewed your submittal of the No Exposure Certification for Exclusion from
NPDES Stormwater Permitting form, which we received on June 28, 2017. The Division is able to
concur with your certification of no exposure.
The inspection of the facility did not find any industrial activities or materials that are exposed or
have the potential to be exposed to stormwater. Please continue to ensure compliance with no
exposure conditions as listed in your application. The self recertification of the the facility is to
occur annually, but does not need to be submitted to this office, rather kept on file at your facility.
