Metals/nutrients analyses were conducted per permit requirements. Based on the volume of residuals distributed, four sampling events were required. Samples were collected from the north & south wood ash basins. Metals results appeared to be compliant with permit limits for ceiling concentrations and monthly average concentrations. TCLP metals were analyzed along with Ignitability, Corrosivity & Reactivity. All results appeared to meet permit requirements. Reminder: A full TCLP analysis is required once per permit cycle; the permit expires 11/30/19 so the TCLP should be conducted prior to expiration. Ash Distribution Utilization Agreements were included in the report. The Annual Distribution and Marketing Certification and Summary Form should show the volume of residuals distributed for each recipient.
