This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing tv�ro pipes in jurisdictional areas in Hyde County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Locations are on UT's to Smith Creek, Stream Index No. 29-34-26, Tar-
Pamlico River Basin.
Pipe 1: E�sting 18" X 37' RCP will be replaced by a 24" X 40' CAP at N 35.483690° W 76.464778°.
Pipe 2: Ebsting 24" X 32' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 40' CAP at N 35.482841 ° W 76.461336°.
