Inspection Summary:
Met with Jerry Jones, Yard Manager, and Sammi Hammonds, Office Manager to review permit requirements. This site was
previously permitted under NCG190032, but it expired years ago. A new permit is required.
We established two sampling points rather than the seven listed in the permit application with potential for ROS.
The area next to the rail needs to be cleaned of all paint chips in the waste soil.
The newly installed secondary storage needs to be plugged. Any discharge from the storage area must be documented. A
locked valve should be installed.
