Once aerated water is softened and then filtered (anion exchange) for removal of bromide and TOC. The piping is designed to bypass 25% of the raw water and blend with softened water. The blend water flows to the anion exchange vessels. Effluent is disinfected by gas chlorine prior to distribution system. 8.
