Explain the purpose of the proposed project: Re-establish bank using soil and rip -rap on each side of existing drainage pipe and remove sediment from stream bed 3f. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: Following several flood events and heavy rain, the bank of the stream is caving drastically around an existing drain pipe near St. Barnabas Street. We propose re-establishing the bank with soil and rip -rap stone and removing sediment from the stream bed to allow the flow of water to divert back to its original path.
