Approach is acceptable. Some discussion of a portion of the R area and E1 area, as really possible E2, however, given the work proposed, removal of old dam and changing out culvert will be ok to utilize existing proposal. Main channel- walked to the top and above fence was agreed that it should be preservation (proposed as E2). Below fence starts as R then an area of E1. Ok Rest of main channel proposed as R, ok, very end of channel is proposed as E2. No terracell! ! Wetland polygons were said to be delineated from prior work.
