Select Stainless Products, LLC has ceased manufacturing operations at 11145 Monroe Rd as of May 25, 2018.
Attached please find our Discharge Monitoring Reports for the months of April and May. There was some confusion in
April, as we were beginning the closure process and unfortunately the April repot was not filed in a timely fashion.
I have also included our Rescission request from the group certificate of coverage NCG030663 for your review and
action.
