In compliance with the provision of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other lawful standards and
regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and the
Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended,
Yadkin Valley Sewer Authority
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a site located at:
Yadkin Valley Sewer Authority WWTP
500 NC Hwy 268 W
Elkin
Surry County
to receiving waters designated as Dutchman Creek, class C waters in the Yadkin River Basin, in accordance
with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in N.C. General Permit No.
NCG110000, issued on 5/31/2018.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective on 6/1/2018.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
