1. The worksheet notes "medium ground cover". The specifications for level
spreader lengths are 13' per cfs for thick ground cover and 100' per cfs for
forested. They've gone with the 13'/cfs. I believe this is inadequate We don't
have a middle ground on the old guidance. The new design guidance lowers the
length for wider buffers...
2. Atypical detail (construction detail) of the level spreader was not included in
the submittal.
3. *** What is the impervious cover of this development? The lots look small and I
have concerns that they may be close to 30%. Was a break down sheet included in
the PCN package?***
