To resolve the above subject enforcement cases, the Division of Water Quality has agreed to
modify the initial civil penalty assessments totaling $3,589.20 to the total amount of $1,839.20.
Please send payment in the amount of $1,839.20 to the attention of Vanessa Manuel at the
letterhead address on or before June 11, 2007, and make your check payable to the Department
of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
Failure to submit payment as indicated above will result in this office referring your case to the
North Carolina Attorney General's Office for penalty recovery through the court system.
