Dear Mr. Dunn:
The Central and Regional Offices have reviewed the Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR)
covering January through December 2003. This PAR was received on February 12, 2004. Our
review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H
.0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The
next PAR is due March 1, 2005.
During the review it was noted that, according to the PPS form, 1 SIU was on a compliance
schedule. As per our conversation, this entry was in error and the appropriate entry for line #17
is "0". This correction has been made on the file copy. Please correct your copy, also.
