The Division of Water Quality Regional and Central Office Pretreatment Staff have reviewed the
Pretreatment Annual Report for the period January 1, 2002, through December 31, 2002, for the
Town of Pittsboro that was received by the Division on February 6, 2003, with additional
information received on March 28, 2003. The review indicates the PAR satisfies the
requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina
Pretreatment Programs. Attached please find a corrected SNCR reflecting the SNC with
Reporting for HydroTube South.
The next PAR will be due March 1, 2004.
