Dear Mr. Montgomery:
After reviewing your letter dated February 12, 1999
concerning a Notice of Violation from our office dated
February 10, 1999, we have determined that the NOV was sent
in error. The permitted ammonia summer limit was increased
from 1.0 mg/l to 2.0 mg/l in a permit modification
effective September 25, 1998.
We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have
caused, and we will update our records to prevent this from
occurring in the future. By copy of this letter our
Central Office will be notified to remove this ammonia
violation from your records.
