As you discussed with Dana Folley of the Pretreatment Unit, there were two errors in that transmittal package. First, the typographical error on page 4 of the IUP had not been corrected. Attached please find a corrected page. Please discard the original page 4 and replace it with this corrected page. Additionally, a copy of a draft Notice of Violation was attached to the IUP. Please remove and discard this draft. We regret any inconvenience and will make every effort to correct our file copies of our original submission. Definitions and Notes RATIONALS FOR* LIMITATIONS: ALL Parameter Limits are calculated to protect the POTW from pass through and inhibition and to allow the beneficial use of biosolids generated by the WWTP. These limits do not result in over allocation of the POTW's treatment -capacity. Limits are achievable, with standard technology. Removed limits 6/26/98 at Pipe 01 (permittee must still comply with SUO also corrected page 4 on July 6, requirements).
