For the month of October, 1997, Hydrotube was found in violation of the following parameter(s):
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the problem(s). Hydrotube is required
to resample for the parameters in question within thirty (30) days of any violations, according to Part H, 2(a)
of your permit. The Division of Water Quality may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional
violations. If you have any questions, please call Tom S. Poe, Pretreatment Unit Supervisor, at [phone]
