The Corps has determined that this project will be verified with a NWP 39; therefore, I will have to reissue the General
Certification. I am now reviewing the project using GC 4139.
I understand that the Town of Pittsboro has delegated authority for the Jordan Lake riparian buffers. It appears that the
Town of Pittsboro also has delegated authority for stormwater. Could you please provide a copy of the locally approved
stormwater management plan with proof of approval?
