The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Regalwood
Deemed Collection System on 6/20/2018. This inspection was conducted to verify that the
facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection
System Permit No. WQCSD0418. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are
provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a
response to this inspection report is not required.

Inspection Summary:
A compliance inspection of the Regalwood Collection System was conducted on 6-20-2018. The system was compliant with
permit WQCSD0418.
The collection system was well maintained and operation and maintenance records were organized and complete. The only
pump station in the system has been recently updated and is connected to the Missions telemetry system. The visual alarm
was operational but not clearly visible from the road and will need to be moved to a different location as soon as possible.

Comment: A new wet well and separate valve vault have been built last year to replace the old well. A new
electrical panel has also been installed. The visual alarm was operational but needs to be more
