Hi Art,
The existing 24" pipe is exempt from the Randleman buffer requirements. Please let me know if additional information
is needed.
Thanks,
April

Subject: Bridge 416 Randolph on SR-1911 Archdale
April,
This email concerns Bridge 416 Randolph on SR-1911 in Archdale. We are in the process of assembling the PCN. This site
is within the Randleman watershed.
The issue can best be seen on page 5. The pipe is on the northwest side of the culvert and discharges directly into the
culvert. We don't seem to have the space or the appropriate measure to pretreat the discharge. Much of the runoff
going into this pipe will be from the adjacent church parking lot. Also; on the opposite side of the road the existing pipe
is to be left in place but, the bank at the discharge point will be excavated, and armored with riprap. Will we need a
treatment measure installed at that outlet?
The runoff on the south side of the bridge will be conveyed through grass lined ditches.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Art C. King
