Dear Mr. Berry:
Aqua North Carolina has recently completed the installation of a mechanical
screen and grit removal unit at The Cape WWTP. Previously, Aqua had
completed the 100,000 EQ basin, blowers, diffusers, etc. which was certified on
May 12, 2017 by Mike Poulios, PE (see attached certification); however, this
installation did not include the mechanical screen unit. Subsequently, Aqua has
now completed installation of the mechanical screen unit and it is ready for
service. I have completed an engineer's certification for the new screen, which is
enclosed with this letter.

the construction of the modifications and improvements to The Cape Wastewater Treatment
Plant, located in New Hanover County, hereby state that, to the best of my abilities, due care and
diligence was used in the observation of the following construction:
