401 Certification. Wricteu notification is rcquired for this project because it is a brid�
enclosed culveit conversiou.

Tlie bridge and surrounding area were surveyed on 6.2.14, 8.7.2016 and again on
2.21.2018 for Uats and rare plants, respectively, and no specimens or evideuce were
fouud. Potentially suitable habitat near the bridge was iiltensively suiveyed but no
specimens were detected. Bridge to culvert, mitigation required.
