As listed on the IUP Limits Page(s), PART I, Section F of the IUP.
RATIONALE#1:
Review of IU Monitoring Data, with no Over Allocation situation:
The following pollutants were assigned numerical limits in this IUP based
on a review of monitoring data for the permittee to determine what ranges of
concentrations are currently being discharged. To account for sample
variability a factor was applied to the monitoring data to determine the
permit limit. Permit limits assigned by the Local IUP Control Authority can
not result in an Over Allocation situation for any pollutants.
Changed Zinc limits due to change in production. They have',
'added Zycam
Effective 7/1/2018 to 12/31/2018. New limits will be
determined before December 31, 2018

Mr.Rickie Stutts
Pretreatment Operator
Mr. Stutts,
Thank you,Mr., Stutts for assisting us while we performed our 2018 Inspection. During
our inspection we noted that all deficiencies from our previous inspection have been
completed.Listed below are our matters of concern?
1 —Record effluent temperature when taking samples.
2—Clean or change pick-up tubing twice a month.
3—Permit has been modified and approved by DWQ for temporary limit for zinc to avoid
violations until June 30th. New limits will be established and will go into effect July 1St,
