After a preliminary review in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-215.1 and 15A NCAC 21-1.0105, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) has determined that the application cannot be processed as a general permit NCG55000 for the following reasons: 1. The additional water usage from the administration building, baptistery, gym and other aspects of the day to day operations are not included in the above gallons per day. -`Nothing Compares:.- State of North Carolina I Environmental Quality 1611 Mail Service Center I Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-1611 919-707-9000 You may choose to reapply and request Individual NPDES permit coverage. As a part of an NPDES individual permit request a complete alternatives analysis will be required. If after the receipt of a complete application, and the respective review allows permit issuance, an individual permit of this type will minimally include/require an appropriate Operator Responsible Charge (ORC) and Backup-ORC designation, effluent monitoring, permit limits, and monthly electronic reporting of sample results analyses from a certified lab. (Please see attached application.) This project has been deactivated and withdrawn from our review process. Should you decide you still want a discharge permit, you will need to reapply for an individual permit. A copy of this letter is being sent to your Authorized Representative (Gary S.
