After reviewing Blue Ridge Paper’s submittal, evaluation and response in regards to the fecal violation on April 24, 2018,
the Division has decided to take no further action at this time and no further response is required. Please continue your
efforts to maintain the system in compliance and evaluate potential contributors to fecal exceedances throughout the
plant.
