I am forwarding the Certificate of Coverage (COC) No. NCG210460 for your site in Hiddenite, NC, Alexander County. This
COC and permit package was issued and mailed out at the end of April, but I did not revise the mailing address on my
template — sending the package to the wrong place and ending up returned to our office yesterday.
I apologize for the delay in getting these documents to you! I wanted to email the correction to you as quickly as
possible.
The new package with the corrected transmittal letter is going out to you today, and I have copied the facility
contact. Included in the package is also a copy of the NCG210000 General Permit and monitoring forms, along with the
original signed letter and COC. These items should arrive in the next week.
