We do not object to the proposed repairs to two slides into Wilsons Creek on Brown Mountain Beach Road in Caldwell County.
We concur with the requirement to adhere to Design Standards in Sensitive Watersheds. We assume that the work will be
completed long before the start of any potential trout moratorium, in fact we recommend the repairs be complete as soon as
possible to protect water quality. If it appears the work will continue beyond October 15, please contact us.
