Our contractor and inspector staff had noted it as less than a 5 gallon bucket on Tuesday's inspection. The bulk of the loss was contained behind the check, and thus they thought we didn't need to report. However, since the area between the pipe outlet and the check is jurisdictional, it should have been reported, so we are doing so now. The material is being removed today. The stream downstream of the pipe had a skim of sediment that has been removed. I've attached a picture for your reference.
