The property is located in Cleveland County on Washburn Switch Road, parcel number 63728. The property is approximately 11.57 acres. The land disturbance associated with the project is estimated at 6.54 acres with two access points from Washburn Switch Road. Based on the disturbed acreage, the project is considered low density. Included in this submission package are the following: 1. Application fee of $505 (check #567511) 2. Application form (one original and one copy) 3. Supplemental form (original) 4. Detailed narrative describing the stormwater design, including calculations 5. Soils Report (attached to design narrative) 6. Copy of the most recent property deed (attached to design narrative) 7.
