Inspection Summary: All records and log books were very well organized and maintained. A copy of the sewer use ordinance, spill response plan, capital improvement plan, map of the system and collection system permit were all available for review. The annual 10%of line cleaning was met for the previous year. High-priority lines are being inspected at least once per every six month period of time. Grease education materials are being distributed as required and grease interceptor inspections and enforcements are also being performed. The rights-of-ways that were visited during this inspection are currently accessible in the event of an emergency. The pump stations that were visited during this inspection appeared to be operated and maintained properly. However, the Jefferson Street and Ellis Street pump stations did have the audible alarms disconnected. Since this inspection, these have been corrected. It is suggested that all pump stations be inspected to insure that all audible and visual alarms are connected and working as required..
