Mr. Ronnie McKinney, ORC was present for the inspection. The inspection is comprised of an overall evaluation of the facility's equipment, capability to meet effluent limits, and compliance with the NPDES permit. Permit The new NPDES permit became effective January 1, 2018 and expires on September 30, 2022. This is a Class 1, Physical / Chemical facility. Records and Reports The Town maintains all records for three years,as required. The daily discharge monitoring reports are submitted in a timely manner. The chain of custody forms and certified laboratory reports are filed and kept in order. Facility Site Review The two lagoons and grounds appeared to be in excellent condition. The lagoons appear to be structurally sound. Laboratory The Town performs pH and Total Residual Chlorine tests on the effluent and reports them on the monitoring report. Operations & Maintenance The plant appeared clean and very well maintained. Self -Monitoring Program Grab samples are collected after all treatment units just before it enters Buckeye Creek. A review of the monthly self-monitoring reports from January 2017 through December 2017 did not show any limit violations.
