the subject facility on June 5, 2018, by Ori Tuvia. Michael DePalma's and your cooperation during the
site visit was much appreciated. Please advise the staff involved with this NPDES Permit by forwarding
a copy of the enclosed report.
The site review conducted on June 5, 2018 revealed the site has been connected to the City of
Mount Holly sewer system and is no longer discharging to the creek. Therefore, the NPDES Permit
No. NCG500047 may be rescinded. If you are interested in rescinding the permit, please submit a
written rescission request to:
