Wetland and Natural Resource Consultants (WNR) has received the "Request
for Additional Information" letter dated April 27, 2006. WNR will require additional
time beyond the May 26, 2006 deadline to complie information and adequately
address all points outlined in the letter. Robert Johnson and the Fletcher
Management Company are continuing to pursue this project and request that the file
stay active.
