There are three drawings in total which include a plan view, a typical profile of the area to be excavated, and an older drawing indicating the originally authorized depth (The drawings are numbered 1 of 4, 3 of 4, and 4 of 4. I created a close-up of the plan view (2 of 4) to submit to DCM for the CCD modification). We are requesting to excavate to - 3 ft. below nlw. The spoil material will be dewatered at the location indicated on the workplan drawing behind a silt fence (at least) and will be at least 30 feet from the nhw in all directions. After dewatering, the spoil material will be hauled off by the contractor to an approved upland sight. No wetland or shellfish beds will be filled or excavated. Mickey, I have attached the Individual Permit form per your request. If you would need it for any reason, the Action ID number associated with the previously authorized actions at this location is 2009-00644. I am correct in understanding that you need me to send you a hard copy of this information as well? Joanne, the action ID associated with DWQ's authorization of this project is 09 0291. We are requesting a modification to this authorization to allow for the excavation. Do you need me to send you hard copies and a narrative as well, or will this email suffice?
