ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the permitting actions
listed below. Persons wishing to comment or object may submit written comments to the address below by the due dates
indicated. All comments received prior to the dates will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance. Public
comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions. All comments should reference the specific permitting actions
listed below and the permit number. DEMLR intends to re -issue the following NPDES industrial stormwater General Permits.
NCG050000 for Apparel, Printing, Leather, Rubber, and Miscellaneous Manufacturing stormwater discharges : to be revised and re-
issued with proposed re -issuance date - 5/31/2018; public comment period ends 5/16/2018.
NCG070000 for Stone, Clay, Glass, and Concrete products stormwater discharges: to be revised and re -issued with proposed re -
issuance date - 5/31/2018; public comment period ends 5/16/2018.
NCG110000 for Treatment Works stormwater discharges: to be revised and re -issued with proposed re -issuance date - 5/31/2018;
public comment period ends 5/16/2018.
NCG130000 for Non-metal Waste and Scrap Recycling stormwater discharges: to be revised and re -issued with proposed re -issuance
date — 5/31/2018; public comment period ends 5/16/2018.
