and NCG130000

We wanted to notify EPA Region IV that NC DEMLR has concluded the public notice and final issuance process for the
above NPDES Stormwater General Permits. There were no significant changes from the drafts that EPA reviewed and
discussed with us, and they were issued yesterday with an effective date of today, June 1, 2018. You can find copies of
the new permits and related documents (including a response to comments and summary of changes document) on our
industrial stormwater website.
