Will,
I'm drafting up the approval and have a few items:
1. The PCN table and the table in Appendix H for Buffer Impact #6 notes 99 square feet of impact to Zone 1
however sheet 135-136 shows the impact to Zone 1 as 0 sf. Can you tell me which is correct please.
• Buffer Impact #6 will have 0 SF impact to Zone 1 buffers under the revised alignment.
2. For Buffer Impact #8, there's wetland overlap of 235 sf but I can't tell how much of that overlap is within Zone 1
(which would be subtracted from the mitigation requirement amount).
• The overlap between wetland and buffer will occur in Zone 2 buffer to which there is no buffer
mitigation associated.
3. For Buffer Impact #16, the PCN and table do not match the impacts shown on Sheet B16, and I need to know
how much of the wetland overlap is within Zone 1 to subtract from the mitigation requirement.
• The overlap between wetland and buffer will occur in Zone 2 buffer to which there is no buffer
mitigation associated.

I hope you both had a great holiday weekend. We wanted to circle back to the Kingsboro application(s)
and see if there were any questions or concerns that we could assist in clearing up at this point.
As you may be aware, we have now bid the project and are working through the award process. We have
also sent back the latest Erosion Control responses which should address all of their concerns, outside of
receipt of your permits.
