LLVDA CLTLPEPPER MRF1M D&gCfVr On April 9, 2018, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted an inspection at the subject facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. During the subject inspection it was noted that a large raft of debris had acclimated at the inlet of oxidation ditches #1 and #2. The raft is causing an odor nuisance and vector attraction and should be removed. Other than this the facility appeared to be well operated and maintained.
