Comment: The bridqe was built per the plans. It was noted that a portion of the south stream bank was not armored
with riprap. It was explained that a larpe tree was cut down leavinq the stump and roots to provide bank
protection. There is little shear stress placed on the banks since stream seqments upstream/downstream
of the bridpe, as far as the eve can see, exhibit little meanders and are mostiv straiqht.
