Good morning Laura; hope you are doing well. Resco has been making changes at its facility over the past year or so. They
have moved their offices from the manufacturing building (3514) to an office building (3600) in the southwest portion of the
site. Please change their facility address from 3514 to 3600 West Wendover Avenue. outlined below is revised contact
information for the site. please change on their permit (a form changing the responsible person is attached).

I already uploaded the SW outfall information to the website and Bethany checked and made sure everything is good. let me
know if you have any questions or need anything else. thanks so much for your assistance.
