On March 21, 2009, a letter was received from your representative, Mr. Len Rindner, informing this
office of the progress with the storm water management plan and plans for addressing the issue of the stream
impacts. In subsequent conversations with Mr. Rindner he has stated progress has been made in both areas.
However, to date, no plans have been confirmed or submitted to this office for review.
Be advised that the site is still under Notice for the problems at the site and the requested hold on the
development will remain until this matter is resolved. Please submit a written response within 14 business
days of receipt of this notice regarding the noted concerns.
