Subject: U-4751 Site 1-Y1RPD- Rip Rap Pad Ext.
Brad and Joanne, per our phone conversation the Division would like to extend the rip
rap pad at the outlet of the 48" RCP at Sta. 15+05 RT. This JS non-mit makes a 90 degree
turn and we would like to extend the rip rap around the bend to protect the opposite
bank from scouring. The attached permit drawing 2 of 83 shows the site circled in red
and the green area is the proposed footprint of the proposed pad extension and bank
stabilization. I have also attached a separate detail of the site. The additional rip rap
will be approximately 115 sq. ft. and will not change the permitted permanent SW
impacts for this site.
Please let me know if you have issues with this revision and/or if any further actions
from your agency is required.
