Dear Mr. McMillan,
Please reference the "Request for More Information" dated March 31, 2009 sent by the
North Carolina Division of Water Quality (DWQ) in response to the permit application
submitted by C1earWater Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), on behalf of Mr. Roger
Robinson. The permit application requested written after-the-fact authorization for the
construction of permanent stream impacts associated with the development of a
commercial site. The DWQ determined that the application was incomplete and/or
provided inaccurate information and requested two additional items for review to be
submitted within 30 days. The applicant is continuing to pursue this project and requests
that the file remain open.
The applicant respectfully requests that the deadline to submit additional information be
extended. All requested information will be submitted by June 30, 2009. Should you
